Kulit:
200 cc air
150 gram mentega/margarin
2 sendok teh garam
125 gram tepung terigu
4 butir telur
Isi:
150 gram udang, rebus, kupas, potong-potong kecil
75 gram mentega/margarin
75 gram tepung terigu
500 cc susu cair
2 batang seledri, iris halus
4 sendok teh pala bubuk
1 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
1 sendok teh gula pasir

Cara membuat
Kulit: didihkan air, margarin, dan garam, masukkan tepung terigu, aduk sampai adonan tidak melekat di penggorengan, angkat.

Sesudah agak dingin, masukkan telur satu per satu, aduk hingga rata.

Sendoki/semprotkan adonan pada loyang yang telah diolesi margarin, panggang dalam oven (200 derajat Celsius, 20 menit).

Isi: cairkan margarin, masukkan tepung terigu, aduk rata.

Tambahkan susu cair sedikit-sedikit, aduk rata.

Masukkan udang, daun seledri, pala bubuk, garam, merica bubuk, gula, aduk rata dan masak hingga matang.

Belah kue sus, lalu isi dengan adonan ragout
