4 buah terong Jepang, panggang, kupas kulitnya
250 cc dashi
2 sendok makan mirin
1 sendok makan kecap asin
1 sendok teh garam
1 cm jahe, parut

Cara membuat
Letakkan terong Jepang dalam panci, lalu masukkan dashi, mirin, kecap asin, dan garam, masak hingga mendidih, kecilkan api.
Masak kembali selama 5 menit, angkat, dinginkan, lalu simpan dalam kulkas selama 1 malam.
Potong tiap terong menjadi 3 bagian, letakkan dalam mangkuk bersama kuahnya, lalu letakkan jahe di atasnya, sajikan.
