Bahan-Bahan: [Ingredients]

1 cup flour
1 cups water
teaspoon salt
3-4 scallions, bottom and top quarter trimmed and cut in half and then into thin slices
red pepper, cut in thin strips
zucchini (skin on), cut into thin strips
2-4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Cara Memasak: [Cooking Instruction]

- Mix flour, salt and water together to make a thin batter.
- Add scallions, red pepper and zucchini to batter and mix well.
- Heat a nonstick frying pan on medium heat for one minute then add 2 tablespoons oil, heating an additional minute until oil is hot.
- Ladle half of vegetable batter into hot oil. Distribute batter and vegetables evenly.
- Fry for three minutes.
- Flip and press flat with spatula, frying for another 3 minutes.
- Flip once again and fry for an additional minute.
- Repeat with the other half of batter.
- Cut into triangles (like a pizza).
- Serve with hot dipping sauce (Basic Korean Dipping Sauce - search for it in iResepi)
