Bahan-bahan
750 gram daging sapi has dalam, iris tipis melintang serat
350 gram batang kailan muda, kupas, iris serong, rebus
3 siung bawang putih, memarkan
100 gram bawang bombay, iris melintang
5 sendok makan kecap inggris
1 sendok makan gula pasir
1/2 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh soda kue
5 sendok makan kecap ikan
2 sendok makan minyak
1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
2 sendok makan tepung maizena
3 sendok makan air

Cara membuat
Campur soda kue, kecap ikan, merica bubuk, dan tepung maizena, aduk hingga rata, lalu masukkan daging sapi, aduk rata, biarkan selama 1 jam.

Goreng daging sapi dalam minyak panas dan banyak hingga matang (sekitar 3 menit), tiriskan, sisihkan.

Panaskan minyak, lalu masukkan bawang putih dan bawang bombay, tumis hingga layu.

Masukkan kecap inggris, gula, garam, dan air, aduk rata, didihkan, lalu masukkan daging goreng tadi, aduk rata, masak hingga mendidih, angkat.

Letakkan batang kailan di atas pinggan saji, lalu siramkan tumisan daging tadi di atasnya.
