- Pucuk ubi tue rendam ngan air panas dan garam..nak kurangkan pahitnye. Pucuk ubi tue rendamkan ngan air garam..pastu goreng tanpe minyak dulu supaya layur..

- Didihkan santan, masukkan kunyit cili api dan bile dah mendidih masukkan pucuk ubi.

- Masukkan ikan bilis, kacau sampai kuah tue mengering. jangan berenti mengacau, nanti hangus lak..

- Bile dah nak hampir kering kuah tue, letak garam. jangan mbanyak sangat sebab nanti masin lak bile dah kering kuah.

- Bile kuah dah kering, tutup api dan makan lah ngan nasi.
