5 ekor kepiting, rebus, ambil dagingnya, sisihkan cangkangnya
200 gram daging ayam/babi, cincang
1 buah bawang bombay, cincang
1 sendok teh merica bubuk
1 sendok makan gula pasir
1 sendok makan kecap ikan
1 sendok makan akar ketumbar, cincang
2 butir putih telur
2 butir kuning telur
3 siung bawang merah, cincang
1 sendok makan daun ketumbar, cincang
2 buah cabai merah, iris tipis

Cara membuat
Campur daging kepiting, daging ayam/babi, bawang bombay, merica bubuk, gula, kecap ikan, akar ketumbar, dan bawang merah, aduk sampai rata, haluskan dengan food processor, lalu tambahkan putih telur, aduk rata.

Isi tiap cangkang kepiting dengan adonan tadi sampai penuh, lalu lumuri permukaannya dengan kuning telur, taburi dengan cabai merah dan daun ketumbar di atasnya, kukus sampai matang, angkat.
