6 ekor burung puyuh, belah jadi 2
2 sendok makan kecap asin
1 sendok teh jahe, parut
1 sendok makan dry sherry
2 sendok makan garam
1 sendok teh Chinese peppercorn

Cara membuat
Haluskan garam dan Chinese peppercorn, aduk rata, lalu sisihkan.

Campur kecap asin, jahe, dan dry sherry, aduk rata, lalu oleskan pada tiap burung puyuh hingga rata, tutupi dengan selembar plastik, simpan dalam kulkas selama 5 jam.

Ambil 1 ekor burung puyuh, tiriskan, keringkan, lalu goreng dalam minyak yang panas dan banyak hingga matang dan berwarna kecoklatan, angkat, tiriskan, ulangi hingga bahan habis.

Sajikan burung puyuh goreng bersama-sama dengan campuran garam tadi
