Bahan-Bahan: [Ingredients]

3 sendok makan nam prik kaeng khiao wan
500 gram daging sapi, potong tipis memanjang
625 cc santan
120 gram terong, potong-potong
2 lembar daun jeruk purut, potong jadi 2
60 gram daun kemangi
2 sendok makan kecap ikan
1 sendok makan gula palem
1 sendok makan minyak sayur

Cara Memasak: [Cooking Instruction]

Panaskan minyak sayur di atas api sedang, lalu masukkan nam prik kaeng khiao wan, aduk rata, tumis hingga harum.

Tambahkan 50 cc santan, aduk hingga rata, lalu masukkan daging sapi dan daun jeruk purut, aduk rata, masak hingga daging berubah warna.

Masukkan sisa santan, kecap ikan, dan gula palem, aduk rata, masak hingga mendidih, lalu tambahkan terong, aduk rata, masak hingga daging matang dan empuk, angkat, taburi dengan daun kemangi di atasnya.
