Bahan-Bahan: [Ingredients]

Bahan:
500 gram daging ayam, potong-potong
15 lembar daun pandan
250 cc minyak
Bumbu perendam:
2 siung bawang putih, haluskan
1 sendok makan akar ketumbar, cincang halus
2 sendok makan kecap asin (light soy sauce)
2 sendok makan biji wijen, cuci, tiriskan
2 sendok teh gula pasir
1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
Saus pencelup:
125 cc air
2 sendok makan cuka
75 gram gula pasir
2 sendok makan kecap asin (dark soy sauce)
1/2 sendok teh garam
2 sendok teh biji wijen, sangrai

Cara Memasak: [Cooking Instruction]

Bumbu perendam: campur semua bahan, aduk hingga rata.

Campur daging ayam dan bumbu perendam, aduk rata, biarkan selama 3 jam.

Ambil selembar daun pandan, letakkan 3 potong daging ayam di atasnya, lalu ikat seperti simpul dasi.

Panaskan minyak, lalu masukkan ayam, goreng sampai matang dan berwarna kecoklatan, angkat, tiriskan.

Saus pencelup: panaskan air, masak hingga mendidih, masukkan cuka, gula, kecap asin (dark soy sauce), dan garam, aduk rata, didihkan, angkat, dinginkan, lalu taburi dengan biji wijen di atasnya.

Biasanya ayam goreng disajikan bersama-sama dengan saus pencelup
