Resepi Chicken Teriyaki

Bahan-Bahan :
500 gram daging ayam, potong 2 x 4 cm
2 sendok makan minyak sayur

Bahan Bumbu:
5 sendok makan saus teriyaki botolan , siap pakai
1 sendok makan daun bawang iris halus
1 sendok teh bawang putih parut
1 sendok teh jahe parut
½ sendok teh minyak wijen
½ sendok teh garam

Bahan Taburan:
2 batang daun bawang, iris halus

Cara Mengolah :
1. Aduk potongan ayam dengan Bumbu hingga rata.
2. Diamkan selama 1 jam hingga meresap.
3. Panaskan minyak, tumis ayam berikut bumbunya.
4. Aduk hingga kaku.
5. Masak hingga ayam matang dan kuah habis.
6. Taburi daun bawang.
7. Sajikan hangat.
