400 gram ketan, rendam air selama 1 jam, kukus selama 45 menit
300 gram gula merah
400 cc santan
6 lembar daun jeruk purut
1/2 sendok teh garam

Cara membuat
Campur gula merah, santan, daun jeruk purut, dan garam, aduk rata, lalu masak hingga mendidih, angkat, saring.

Masukkan ketan, aduk rata, masak sambil terus diaduk hingga matang, kering, dan berminyak, lalu angkat.

Tuang ketan ke dalam loyang yang telah dialasi dengan daun pisang dan diolesi dengan sedikit minyak, ratakan, dinginkan, lalu potong-potong, sajikan.
